Data Reports

Taking Neighborhood Health to Heart is a community-university project involving the University of Colorado Denver, the Stapleton Foundation, 2040 Partners for Health, East Montclair, Northwest Aurora, Stapleton, Park Hill, and Northeast Park Hill.  The goal of this project is to learn about and improve the health and well being of people living in partner neighborhoods.  As part of this project, a total of 950 adults from the five neighborhoods took a 2007-2008 health survey.

The data reports include survey results on the health topics of Health Care Access and Health Status, Food and Physical Activity, Chronic Health Conditions, Neighborhood Connections, or Neighborhood Safety and can be found by clicking on the neighborhood listed on the left.
